Beatrice Langton-Webster, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Dr. Langton‐Webster has over 25 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with particular
expertise in operational and executive management, licensing and strategic business development and
preclinical & clinical cancer drug development. Prior to CTT, Dr. Langton‐Webster served as CEO of ISM
Therapeutics where she helped develop and license a Cystic Fibrosis drug and establish a cancer pipeline.
Prior to joining ISM, Dr. Langton‐Webster held a number of positions including President and Senior
Consultant for BC Associates, a consulting firm specializing in biotechnology and pharmaceutical
strategic planning and licensing assessments; Head of the Oncology Strategic Research Unit at
Triton/Berlex Biosciences (Schering AG now Bayer Schering Pharma) and Senior Director, Preclinical Development for
Megabios Corporation (now Valentis Corporation). Her scientific efforts have focused on the
identification of therapeutic agents that affect cancer cell signaling and she is the inventor on a
number of pivotal patents related to the HER‐2/neu antibody for breast cancer. She has filed over 6 IND
and BLA/NDAs and has helped bring to market the billion dollar drug Betaseron® for Multiple Sclerosis,
Fludara® for CLL and a serum diagnostic kit for detection of HER‐2 in breast cancer. She
holds a B.A. in Bacteriology from University of California, Los Angeles and a Ph.D. in medical

Clifford Berkman, Ph.D.
CSO, Founder and Director
Dr. Berkman is Professor of Chemistry at Washington State University and has over 20 years of experience
in developing novel enzymes inhibitors for the use in detecting tumors and sensitizing tumor cells to
common chemotherapeutic strategies. He has discovered and validated CTT‐54 as or first lead
imaging agent. Specifically, Cliff's lab is interested in phosphorus‐ and sulfur‐containing transition‐state
analogs inhibitors of target enzymes and focuses on the preparation of conformationally restricted
substrates in order to probe their structural requirements and to ultimately design analogous
inhibitors with enhanced selectivity. Dr. Berkman holds a BA in Chemistry from Lake Forest University,
Lake Forest and a PhD in Chemistry from Loyola University, Chicago.[CLOSE BIO]
John Dugan
Founder and Director
John is a Co-Founder and General Partner of OCA Ventures. John has board responsibilities for Net-HOPPER, National Billing Partners, Retention Education, and RedX Defense. John is also Co-Founder and Board Director for Cancer Targeted Technologies.
John Dugan was the CEO of North America for Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC) and a member of the SBC Group Executive Board. During his tenure as a managing director, he also served as a member of the board of SBC Warburg. In 1992, Mr. Dugan was managing partner of The O'Connor Partnership, a leading derivatives trading and financial risk management firm in Chicago, when SBC purchased various O'Connor businesses and integrated them into its global Capital Markets & Treasury organization. Before his tenure at O'Connor, Mr. Dugan served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Purcell, Graham & Company. Prior to that he was vice president and controller at Bear Stearns & Company, and vice president, operations and chief financial officer at Baker, Weeks & Company. He began his career in financial services at Brown Brothers Harriman & Company.
John holds a BA in business administration from Pace College. He also attended the U.S. Naval Academy for two years.
